FROM Season 4 Is Almost Here — Here's What You Need to Know (And What to Pour)

If you've been white-knuckling it since the Season 3 finale, we feel you. FROM Season 4 officially premieres on Sunday, April 19, 2026 on MGM+ at 9pm ET/PT, and if Season 3's jaw-dropping finale left you spiraling with questions, you're not alone.

What We Know About FROM Season 4 Season 4 is 10 episodes and picks up right where Season 3 left off — with the town's darkest secrets starting to surface. The official tagline says it all: "Knowledge comes at a cost."
The big questions this season promises to answer:
• Who is the Man in the Yellow Suit, and what does he actually want?
• Will Jade and Tabitha's revelation finally unlock a way home?
• How much longer can Boyd hold the town together as the parasitic worms destroy him from the inside?

The core cast is all back: Harold Perrineau as Boyd, Catalina Sandino Moreno as Tabitha, David Alpay as Jade, and the rest of the Fromville survivors. Julia Doyle joins as series regular Sophia.
